About the Role

Kontaktum Group is hiring a Reactivation Campaign Manager to take full ownership of backend lifecycle strategies focused on re-engaging dormant leads, inactive customers, and past buyers across Europe’s wellness D2C space.

This is a strategy + execution role. You’ll work with warm data, identify monetization windows, and launch structured reactivation campaigns across SMS, email, and phone channels. Your target: re-engage cold contacts without burning the list — and turn second chances into revenue.

Our clients include high-volume Nutra, beauty, and supplement brands. They rely on Kontaktum to bring performance discipline and timing to their backend. You’ll work closely with operations, scripting, and outbound teams to ensure messaging, cadence, and targeting hit the right customer — at the right time.

This is a role for someone who understands lifecycle marketing but prefers performance over newsletters. You’ll be responsible for revenue — not open rates. You’ll experiment, analyze, and refine flows that directly drive LTV and backend margin.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage full reactivation flows across SMS, voice, email, and retargeting

  • Segment and prioritize dormant leads based on last action, spend history, and time windows

  • Build and test outreach cadences (timing, content, and script variants)

  • Brief and collaborate with scripting and outbound agent teams

  • Analyze performance by campaign, segment, and message type

  • Report on KPIs: reactivation rate, revenue per contact, ROI per campaign

  • Develop quarterly playbooks and retention ladder strategies by product

Requirements

  • 3+ years in lifecycle, retention, CRM, or performance marketing roles

  • Strong knowledge of direct response funnels (Nutra/D2C experience is a plus)

  • Experience running SMS or email automations in Klaviyo, Attentive, or similar tools

  • Able to collaborate with both technical and sales teams

  • Fluent in English; German, French, or Spanish a plus

  • Performance-driven mindset: focused on revenue, not vanity metrics
