About the Role

Kontaktum Group is looking for a strategic and detail-driven Client Success Lead to manage wellness client relationships across our Paris office. In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for premium Nutra and health brands — ensuring smooth onboarding, performance tracking, and client communication across all backend touchpoints.

You’ll bridge the gap between what our clients want (growth, LTV, trust) and what our ops team delivers (sales, support, reactivation, and retargeting). Your job is not to upsell — it’s to retain, optimize, and deepen the client relationship by showing them exactly how our backend systems impact their revenue.

This is a hybrid role: part account management, part strategic advisor. You’ll lead performance reviews, coordinate internal delivery timelines, and flag opportunities for improvement. You’ll be trusted to own relationships with brand CMOs, performance heads, and agency partners.

Ideal candidates have a background in managing D2C brands, CRM systems, or agency ops. You speak fluently in terms like LTV, CAC, ROAS — and know what it takes to keep a high-volume brand operational.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full lifecycle of client relationships (onboarding → optimization → scale)

  • Act as lead point of contact for Nutra/wellness brands operating across the EU

  • Coordinate with operations, agent, and scripting teams to ensure timely execution

  • Prepare and present performance reports, insights, and backend ROI reviews

  • Identify bottlenecks in delivery and escalate where needed

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships through consistency and value delivery

  • Contribute to quarterly retention and reactivation strategies per client

Requirements

  • Native/fluent in French, professional in English

  • 3+ years in client success, account management, or performance marketing

  • Familiar with backend sales/support systems (CRM, helpdesk, SMS platforms)

  • Strong written and verbal communication with C-suite presence

  • Comfortable with numbers — able to read dashboards and pull insights

  • Calm under pressure and capable of managing multiple clients simultaneously
