About the Role
Kontaktum Group is hiring a Backend Sales Specialist to join our Berlin team and support backend revenue operations for some of Europe’s most successful wellness and Nutra brands.
In this role, you'll work with warm leads — no cold calling. Every conversation is rooted in intent: customers who have purchased, are mid-funnel, or have previously interacted with a D2C wellness offer. Your mission is to convert these interactions into revenue while delivering a premium, brand-aligned experience.
You’ll be responsible for a mix of welcome calls, cart recovery calls, and reactivation follow-ups. These are not robotic scripts — we expect you to bring emotional intelligence, persuasive instincts, and regional cultural fluency into every conversation. Your work directly impacts lifetime value (LTV), upsell success rates, and refund prevention.
We operate with lean, high-performance teams. That means you’ll have a say in how scripts evolve, which call cadences convert best, and how systems can be improved. You’re not just here to dial — you’re here to build a smarter backend.
You’ll collaborate daily with our campaign managers, script localization leads, and operations analysts. This is a fast-moving, high-impact role inside a quiet but critical part of the revenue stack.

Responsibilities
Make outbound welcome calls within 24 hours of customer purchase (German-speaking markets)
Follow up on abandoned carts and unconverted trial buyers with human-first scripts
Execute reactivation campaigns using tailored outreach templates
Log activity and conversation insights in CRM tools (Klaviyo, Gorgias, or similar)
Suggest script improvements and contribute to ongoing messaging A/B tests
Flag refund risks or compliance issues to your quality lead
Hit individual and team-based performance KPIs (conversion, reactivation, AOV uplift)
Requirements
Native or fluent in German (C2) and confident in English communication
2+ years experience in outbound sales, retention, or customer success
Familiarity with D2C health, Nutra, or wellness products (supplements, skincare, etc.)
Strong communication and empathy skills — you know when to talk, when to listen
Solid understanding of sales psychology and buyer hesitation handling
Comfortable following structured scripts while adapting to real-time cues
